SUBSTANCE: invention can find use in prevention of asphaltresin-paraffin deposits in pipe-lines and valves, in treatment of water pumped into wells in process of oil production, in prevention of scale formation and reduction of corrosion activity of water in water and heat supply systems. Facility includes body ( pipe-line ) of magnetically soft material and magnetic system anchored on its axis which presents sequence of axially magnetized permanent magnets with alternating magnetization directions mounted along length of pipe-line and of magnetically soft pole pieces arranged between them. Permanent magnets and magnetically soft pole pieces have circular section. Mobile rod made of non-magnetic material carrying magnetically soft bushings fixed on it with clearances is placed on axis of magnets and pole pieces. Positions of non- magnetic rod can be fixed along axis of magnetic system. EFFECT: potential of adjustment of intensity of magnetic field for selection of optimum treatment condition. 2 dwg
