PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint buying system by which the intermediation of on-line transaction highly reliable to a customer is realized by grasping where, by who, from which terminal access is made. SOLUTION: The system is connected with the user terminals 8 of the inhabitants of an apartment through a private line 4 and is connected with dealer terminals 2 through the Internet 3. In response to the assignment request of an IP address from a user terminal, a MAC address is obtained. In the case of a MAC address registered in advance, the IP address is assigned. In response to the access request of a prescribed home page from the user terminal, the IP address is obtained and a table where the IP address is made to correspond to a home page accessible by the address is referred to. When there is correspondence relation, access of the home page is permitted. An application for buying of merchandise is received through this home page and it is displayed on the dealer terminals to intermediate the transaction. |
