The heat exchanger comprises a vessel which is rectangular in cross-section, and has an intermediate wall which separates cold and hot liq. On opposite sides of the wall are ventilation pipes, and inlet and outlet pipes for cold and hot liq. - The vessel is provided with a longitudinal screen wall to produce a better rotation and higher speed in the liq., and with transverse screen walls for reducing the risk of short-circuiting currents. |
