PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic correction timepiece, capable of improving noise resistance, and preventing wrong discrimination, without causing increase in power consumption and in cost. SOLUTION: This timepiece is provided with a long-wave reception circuit 11b for outputting a time code signal S11 acquired by demodulating and binarizing a received radio signal; a filter circuit 12 for executing prescribed filtering processing, so that a noise pulse can be removed, to a control circuit where an input threshold is set after receiving the time code signal S11 and outputting a time code signal S12; and a control circuit 15, having a prescribed input threshold Vth to the time code signal S12, and not inputting a signal having a level below the input threshold, for discriminating the time shown by a received signal by sampling the inputted time code signal S12 at sampling timing having a prescribed cycle, and discriminating as the noise pulse, even the signal inputted by exceeding the input threshold Vth, when the high level signal cannot be sampled continuously for more than a prescribed number of times. |
