RAIN PROTECTING COVER OF PLANTING PANEL FOR OPEN FIELD HYDROPONIC CULTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rain-protecting cover of a planting panel effective for preventing the intrusion of rain water into a tank through a gap between the planting panel and the side wall of a culture tank in the outdoor hydroponic culture and enabling smooth extermination of vermin by dipping method. SOLUTION: A base end part of a flat rain-protecting plate is connected to the edge side of a panel placed opposite to the side wall of a culture tank supporting the planting panel on the top. The rain-protecting plate has a length extending slantly downward from the edge side of the planting panel to a position at least covering the top face of the side wall of the culture tank when the upper face of the planting panel is positioned above the upper face of the opening of the culture tank. The base end of the rain-protecting plate is freely swingably connected to vertically stand the panel along the inner face of the side the wall of the culture tank when the planting panel is dipped in the culture tank.
