Desrhamnosyl acteoside-containing olive extract

Provided are food and drink, a non-medicinal product, and a medicine in which high antioxidant effect is exhibited over a long period of time in vivo. Des(rhamnosyl) acteoside is added to an olive extract, whereby high antioxidant activity can be imparted. An acteoside-containing composition is subjected to a glycoside hydrolyzing enzyme treatment, whereby a des(rhamnosyl) acteoside-containing composition can be prepared.
