<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively analyze and identify a property of an object even when the amount of the object is very small, while preventing wasteful objects from being produced. <P>SOLUTION: A sensor comprises a waveguide for allowing electromagnetic waves to propagate therethrough and the object to be disposed at a plurality of positions thereof; and a detecting portion for detecting the electromagnetic waves which interacts with the object at the plurality of positions and propagates through the waveguide.
