PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a destination bulletin board system capable of accurate and efficient rewriting on a destination bulletin board. SOLUTION: A server 11 transfers positional information data transmitted from an RFID transmitter 30 to a cellular phone terminal 40 carried by each user, and stores the data in a positional information database 12. In a user information database 13, positional information data on a room of each user are stored. In area information data 14, area information data showing usage of each area, or the like are stored. In a user input information data 15, user input information data on the future schedule input by each user, or the like are stored.
