PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toilet bowl flushing device and a method for using ejector ejecting water as replenishing water after starting flushing, by sucking and exhausting air from a drain flow passage, after a little while after starting supply of toilet bowl flush water to a toilet bowl of a closet. SOLUTION: A main valve V<SB>1</SB>is opened, and supplies the flush water to the rim 3, and gathers the water in a water tank 20. Negative pressure is also accumulated in a negative pressure tank 30 by an ejector 21. Next, an operation valve V<SB>4</SB>is opened, and a diaphragm 43 in an operation tank 40 is pulled out, and air in the drain flow passage 5 is exhausted in a second chamber 42 of the operation tank 40, and a siphon discharge flow is formed. Next, an opening-closing valve V<SB>2</SB>is opened, and storage water in the water tank 20 is additionally supplied to the rim 3 together with water from a pipe 12 by a jet pump 24. The opening-closing valve V<SB>2</SB>and the operation valve V<SB>4</SB>are closed, and an atmospheric opening valve V<SB>5</SB>is opened once, and is closed after opening the inside of a first chamber 41 of the operation tank 40 in the atmosphere, and flushing is finished.
