PURPOSE: A roaster is provided to appropriately maintain the temperature of a burning material applied to food regardless of firepower of the burning material by controlling the space between the food and the burning material. CONSTITUTION: A roaster(10) comprises: a body frame(100); a settling unit(200) which is combined with the both edges of the body frame; a main body(300) which is placed on the settling unit and is penetrated through; a bottom panel(400) which is placed in the main body; and an elevating device(500) which is combined with the body frame and connected to the bottom panel. The elevating device moves the bottom panel. |
