PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete structure construction method for preventing occurrence of a rock pocket and a cold joint to construct a concrete structure simply and inexpensively. SOLUTION: In this construction method, mortar M is sprayed to a lower end part 11a or a construction joint part of a concrete column and concrete is placed after spraying the mortar in a form 4 constituted by arranging a main reinforcing bar 11 of the column, a main reinforcing bar 21 of a beam, a hoop 12, and a stirrup 22 to construct the concrete structure such as the concrete column.
