<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve prompt control determination and safe operation of control subunits and load reduction of a control main unit, in regard to the control subunits and control main unit suitable for use in a vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: The subunit determines whether or not a command received from an external unit can be executed. When determining that the command can be executed, the subunit executes the command.
