PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood reservoir capable of easily removing bubbles in blood flowing in a storage tank without circulating the air in the body when circulating the stored blood. SOLUTION: This blood reservoir 1 for use in an extracorporeal circulation circuit is provided with: a reservoir body 10 formed with a storage section A for storing the blood; an inflow section 26 connected to the storage section A and for allowing the blood to flow therein; an outflow section 27 connected to the storage section A for allowing the blood to outflow therefrom; and a bubble removal mechanism 20 coupled with the storage section A and removing the bubbles in the blood; wherein the reservoir body 10 is characterized in having a cylinder 11 formed into a cylindrical shape, and a piston member 16 disposed in the cylinder 11 and varying the volume of the storage section A.
