PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus capable of suppressing internal components from being damaged with bending deformation of a case. SOLUTION: A mobile phone 1 includes a case 7 comprising a base surface part 31a and a side surface part 31b which is erected with respect to the base surface part 31a and surrounds the base surface part 31a; and an internal assembly 81 which includes a first regional part 81x and a second regional part 81y thinner than the first regional part 81x and is disposed within the case 7 so that the first regional part 81x and the second regional part 81y face the base surface part 31a. The relative movement of the case 7 and the internal assembly 81, in an erecting direction of the side surface part 31b, at a terminal portion position P1 on a side of the second regional part 81y of the internal assembly 81 is allowed rather than the relative movement of the case 7 and the internal assembly 81, in the erecting direction of the side surface part 31b, at a boundary position P2 between the first regional part 81x and the second regional part 81y.
