PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an FFS mode liquid crystal display device that can suppress display defects, such as flicker and burn-in in a wide temperature area (in particular, in low-temperature environment), and a manufacturing method of the same.SOLUTION: An FFS mode liquid crystal display device of the present invention includes a liquid crystal display panel 1 having an ion density of 7nC/cmor more and a time constant of 23 seconds or less. A manufacturing method of an FFS mode liquid crystal display device of the present invention includes heating a liquid crystal material to a temperature equal to or higher than an NI point and subsequently manufacturing a liquid crystal display panel 1 using the liquid crystal material as a liquid crystal layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
