PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology that can more accurately determine a situation where a user intends to execute a cooperative operation between a portable terminal and an image forming apparatus.SOLUTION: A portable terminal 50 acquires the intensity of a radio wave for short-range radio communication from an MFP 10 and detects a specific operation state by a user. The portable terminal 50 executes processing on the MFP 10 provided that the intensity of the radio wave is equal to or higher than a predetermined threshold, and the specific operation state (such as a state of button depression operation, a state where a specific movement of the portable terminal 50 is detected by an acceleration sensor, or a stationary state of the portable terminal 50) is detected.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
