An apparatus for controlling a stroller is disclosed. The apparatus for controlling a stroller comprises: an input part where an automatic mode or a manual mode of a stroller is inputted; a sensing part which senses the seat angle of the stroller on the basis of a flatland in the automatic mode; a control part which receives the information of the seat angle and generates a control signal according to the information of the seat angle; and a drive part which receives the control signal and controls the operation of a motor according to the control signal. Therefore, the present invention automatically maintains the horizontal state of the stroller even on an inclined surface.
