A heat exchange unit for an air conditioning device provided with a heat exchanger having a plurality of heat transfer pipes and a heat transfer fin, and a casing having a support part on which the heat exchanger is placed, wherein collapse of the heat transfer fin at the lower end of the heat exchanger is inhibited. The heat exchange unit (2) has a heat exchanger (23) having a plurality of heat transfer pipes (61) and a heat transfer fin (64), and a casing (51) having a support part (52) on which the heat exchanger is placed. The heat exchange unit also has a spacer member (71, 72, 73) and a fin collapse prevention member (80). The spacer member is arranged between the heat exchanger and the support part. The fin collapse prevention member is arranged between the spacer member and the lowermost-level heat transfer pipe (61a), which is the lowermost of the plurality of heat transfer pipes, the fin collapse prevention member having a higher rigidity than that of the heat transfer fin. |
