A driving circuit according to the present invention includes a writing operation controller which generates a writing control signal for each bank based on a writing command and a column address, a low controller which generates an auto refresh plug based on an auto refresh command and a low address, and a detection amplification controller which activates the writing control signal and the auto refresh plug based on a temperature plug, and generates an over driving signal based on an activated writing control signal or activated auto refresh plug. So, power consumption can be minimized. |
