An electrical connector latch plug is essentially similar to that described in Specification 1,018,355, but the forward-projecting portions 11 of the detents 12 unite to form a nose member sleeve 10D which slides over a stabilizing member 15 extending from the plug nose 10C when pressure on the plug forces the sleeve 10D rearward relative to the plug body and so causes it to lock resilient detents 12 in the extended position. In applications where one detent is sufficient, a single tongue 11 may carry the sleeve 100. |
