<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a transfer follower roller and a paper discharge follower roller, or a member and the like (paper discharge frame and the like) which support these rollers from interfering with and colliding against a carriage at the time of feeding a material to be recorded from a manual insertion paper feeding course to carry out recording. <P>SOLUTION: In a state while a disk tray cover 4 is closed, a state with a hook part 407 shut while engaged with a cover opening and closing switch 7 is retained. A front end 406 of the disk tray cover 4 has a shape to enter the inside of a boundary part to a body cover 1. When a predetermined position of the disk tray cover 4 in a close state is pushed in from the outside to the inside and released (code A), a tip position of the cover opening and closing switch 7 displaces in an opening direction. A gap of a level which enables the operation of rocking and opening the disk tray cover 4 directly in the opening direction is generated between the disk tray cover 4 and the body cover 1 while the engagement between the cover opening and closing switch 7 and the hook part 407 is released. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
