One or two parts of a plastic closure and a container with a neck (10, 20) are aligned in the direction of their common axis of rotation (D) (Fig. 1a). In a second step, the two parts are moved together until they touch (Fig. 1b). The two parts (10, 20) are then turned radially relative to each other until the positioning means (11, 21) have a predetermined mutual alignment (Figure 1c). Finally, the two parts (10, 20) are pushed together in the direction of the axis of rotation (D), so that the screw threads (12, 22) of both parts interlock (Fig. 1d). The mounting process ensures an excellent connection between the two parts and makes it possible to obtain plastic closures of novel design. |
