PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a kimchi-containing mayonnaise whose palatability is changed into a good flavor by formulating a mayonnaise with a chopped kimchi although a corn-containing mayonnaise, a mustard-containing mayonnaise, and the like, are conventionally produced. SOLUTION: This mayonnaise is obtained by formulating a conventional mayonnaise with a proper amount of a chopped kimchi. |
