发明名称 STEEL PLATE-BASED FORMED CAN EXCELLENT IN CONTENTS RESISTANCE AND MANUFACTURE THEREOF
摘要 PURPOSE:To enhance the contents resistance of a long can-like container produced by DI working (deep drawing or deep drawing and ironing), especially of a steel plate airsol container, by a method wherein double layer film, the lower layer of which is made of saturated polyester resin and the upper layer of which is made of fluoroplastics, is formed at least on the inner surface side of the container. CONSTITUTION:When thin steel plate, which is 0.50mm thick and on one side of which tin-plating is applied and on the other side of which chromate treatment is applied, is heated up to 180 deg.C by energizing, saturated polyester copolymer resin is laminated by 4 - 40mum onto the tin-plated side and double layer structure film consisting of resin layer having the thickness of 2 - 20mum made of saturated polyester copolymer resin and polychlorotrifluoroethylene, which is dispersedly included in said resin, is laminated onto the chromate-treated side of the steel plate. The resultant steel plate is drawn twice and ironed thrice under the state that the outer surface of a can is the tin-plated side of the steel plate so as to reduce the side wall thickness of the can to 0.20mm in order to obtain a long can body having the outer diameter of 40mm and the height of the can of 120mm. After being degreased, the resultant can is heated up to 275 deg.C and held for 10min and finally cooled with water.
