The solution falls within the branch of car box bodies, and it mainly concerns the construction of box bodies for piece production and small batch production. The box body of a transport vehicle has a supporting frame, whose part is represented by frames of window openings. The window walls of the box body are composed of separate covering components, which in continuous band of the border horizontally delimitate window openings and cover frames. The vertical delimitation and shuttering of the window openings is provided for by formed pressed pieces of connecting components, whose upper ends on the outer side are inserted between the lower borders of the outer upper covered connecting components and the frame. The lower ends of the outer connecting components and both ends of the inner connecting components are applied on borders of the corresponding covered components.<IMAGE>
