A shortened dial phone is connected to a cradle, wherein the shortened dial phone comprises: a microphone circuit for amplifying an input voice signal and switching in order to apply an external power source to the microphone circuit in a predetermined time, key data input lines, and a code generator connected to the microphone circuit and the key data input lines, for generating codes that function as starting and ending a call and function as reading out the telephone numbers stored in the main unit, according to the input key data; and a transmission line for connecting the shortened dial phone and the cradle. <IMAGE> |
