<p>PURPOSE:To prevent creep by forming a jaw part of a sleeve upper part out of a combination of multiple materials, providing a sleeve lower part with a protruding part, and disposing a sleeve provided with a protruding part on a riser part larger than the screw thread diameter of the screw upper part of a body lower part. CONSTITUTION:A synthetic resin fluoride ring 3(2) with high hardness is fitted in the lower part of the jaw part 3(1) of a sleeve 3 upper part made of PFA into which a PFA tube 1 inserted. Also, a protruding part 3(3) is formed near the lower end of the sleeve 3. The upper screw part of a joint body 2 is engaged with a cap nut 6. This tightening makes the tube 1 and the sleeve 3 tight so that it cannot come off, preventing creeping from the joint body 2. The screw thread upper part of the body 2 lower part is formed with a rise part which is larger than a screw thread diameter, and a cylindrical sleeve 5 with sealing band is installed to prevent creeping from the screw thread.</p> |
