Pushchair (10) for a doll, including a retention and adjustment mechanism which facilitates assembly and use. This mechanism includes a retention piece (30) and an adjustment piece (50). The retention piece (30) comprises a guide groove (34) for engaging by means of pressure with a rear support foot (18) when the pushchair is in the deployed configuration. The adjustment piece (50) includes a projection (52) intended to engage with corresponding teeth and orifices provided in a cylindrical recess of the retention piece (30). The retention piece (30) includes a fin extension (32) formed on a face close to the outer face of the adjustment piece (50) in order to prevent the formation of any undesirable space between the retention piece (30) and the adjustment piece (50). <IMAGE>
