Gel medication is stable, has expanded capabilities for including a big number of opposite physio-chemical properties, and pharma-therapeutic active substances, which guarantees their therapeutic effect. It contains in (% weight) : polymerised acrylic acid (1.5 to 3.0), propylene glycol (5 to 50), ethylene alcohol (10 to 30), pharmacologically active substance (0.5 to 3), a polyethylene glycol with m.p. of about 200 to 400 (10 to 80) and, optionally, distilled water (10 to 50).
