AIR CONDITIONER WITH DUST PROTECTIVE MESH CLEANER

PURPOSE: An air conditioner with dust protective mesh cleaner is provided to remove the foreign substance from the dust protective mesh in an easy and convenient manner. CONSTITUTION: An air conditioner(10) comprises a cleaner opening(14) formed in lengthwise direction at the top of a suction duct(11) and which accommodates a rubber plate(20) having a cut portion(21) formed at the center of the rubber plate; a rail member(30) arranged in lengthwise direction at the top of the suction duct and which has pulleys(P1,P2) installed at near both ends of the rail member; a motor(M) for driving a belt(B) connected to pulleys and the pulley(P2); a truck(40) installed at the rail member to be movable in horizontal direction, and which has a wheel(41) attached at the outer surface of the truck and a bracket(43) mounted within the truck; a blower(50) mounted onto the truck and which has a blower pipe(51) inserted into the suction duct through the cut portion of the rubber plate so as to blow wind from an interior of the suction duct toward a dust protective mesh(13), thus removing dust from the dust protective mesh; and a truck conveying member connecting both ends of the belt and which moves along with the belt. The truck conveying member allows the truck to reciprocates through a bushing inserted to be movable into a slot formed at the bracket.
