PURPOSE:To form the conductor circuit of a wiring board on the coaxial line of an insulating coating so as to reduce noise and improve the frequency characteristic of the wiring board. CONSTITUTION:This wiring board is provided with a circuit board 1 having a grand and signal patterns 3 and 4, insulating layer 5 formed on the surface of the board 1, coaxial line 6 formed on the surface of the layer 5, and insulating resin 10 which covers the line 6 in a desired shape and the pattern 3 is electrically connected to the shield layer 7 of the line 6. Then the pattern 4 is electrically connected to the core 9 of the line 6. |
