PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rice cake cutting device capable of cutting a plurality of bar-shaped rice cake of different thickness by fixed thickness and easily and simply setting a thickness dimension of rice cake to be cut. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a first belt conveyor 11 for intermittently feeding bar-shaped rice cake 40 mounted. A first rice cake pressing device 23 for pressing rice cake 40 on the first belt conveyor 11 is provided. On the advancing direction rear side of the first belt conveyor 11, a normally moving second belt conveyor 18 is successively provided. A second rice cake pressing device 31 for pressing rice cake 40 mounted on the second belt conveyor 18 is provided. A cutting edge 32 for cutting rice cake 40 in the vertical direction at an advancing direction front part when the first belt conveyor 11 is stopped is provided. |
