PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow plural vehicles and an information center to quickly and easily recognize changes in road restrictions so as to let them utilize the revised information. SOLUTION: On-vehicle terminal equipment 5 mounted on each vehicle 4 stores restricting data concerning road restrictions and estimates the occurrence of restriction changes based on the restricting data and the running condition of his(her) own vehicle. For example, when running not in accordance with the restricting data or when a schedule route is not actually followed, a probability of restriction change occurrence is high. Change information indicating an estimated restriction change is transmitted from the vehicle 4 to the information center 1. The information center 1 holds road data which is updated based on change information transmitted from the plural vehicles 4. The information center 1 properly distributes updating data to the respective vehicles 4 with a broadcasting station 2, etc. |
