PURPOSE: A sporting machine for remedy of body shape is provided, which prevents the incontinence of urine and lumbago by strengthen abdominal muscle and the pelvis muscle while correct the lower limbs, the pelvis and the backbone, so which can be a very effective means to strengthen even sex function. CONSTITUTION: The sporting machine for remedy of body shape comprises: a square plate with many oval-shaped holes according to a double line(upper and below); four projecting plate with a flat and extensive side, and which is connected with the square plate using a bolt in the form of right and left symmetry while the flat and extensive side to be a diagonal line to form a V-shaped groove; a perforated groove with fixed diameter on the plate to fix an elongated part between toes with bolts; an inserted hole with fixed diameter on the plate to connect vertical axis of a knee supporter; a connection bar of backbone supporter connected with the knee supporter using a bolt; and a half-moon shaped side of the plate to move the plate into half-motion.
