PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrogen storing/supplying device having a hydrogen storage tank with high performance capable of equalizing heat exchange efficiency in the upstream and the downstream for flow of a heat transfer medium. SOLUTION: This hydrogen storing/supplying device is provided with a hydrogen storage tank 1 for storing hydrogen by cooling a hydrogen storage alloy 1d stored within the tank 1 and discharging hydrogen by heating the hydrogen storage alloy 1d and a flow passage (external heat transfer medium passage 2) of the heat transfer medium which is provided in at least one of an external part or an internal part of the hydrogen storage tank 1 and passes the heat transfer medium for receiving and delivering heat with the hydrogen storage alloy 1d. The hydrogen storage tank 1 is provided with a heat exchange fin 1b so that the downstream of a flowing direction of the heat transfer medium may have larger heating area of the hydrogen storage alloy and the heating medium than that of the upstream.
