PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor capable of independently correcting lightness conversion quantity in an area between reference hues in each reference hue. SOLUTION: This image processor performs desired image processing of RGB image input data in an RGB color space. A hue deciding part 115 first decides a hue of an unconverted color point shown by the RGB image input data, and a parameter inputting part 120a inputs a lightness conversion parameter that regulates lightness conversion quantity. A lightness converting part 120 linearly performs lightness conversion of the unconverted color point toward white or black in accordance with decision results of the hue deciding part 115 and the inputted lightness conversion parameter and performs lightness conversion of the RGB image input data.
