PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a silver halide color photosensitive material which excels in white background stability by reduction of stains due to a sensitizing dye when sensitivity in a blue-sensitive region is heightened and continuous processing under low replenishment conditions is carried out, and which suppresses banding unevenness in exposure. SOLUTION: The silver halide color photosensitive material has on a support at least one each of blue-, green- and red-sensitive silver halide emulsion layers, wherein the blue-sensitive silver halide emulsion layer contains a silver halide emulsion spectrally sensitized with a sensitizing dye represented by formula (I) and a sensitizing dye represented by formula (II).
