PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid a wide range of printing disturbance even in the case where a delivering clock is increased or decreased by noise to suppress the substantial deterioration of printing image quality. SOLUTION: A counter 81 measuring the delivering clock from the time when a printing data valid signal VALID transmitted along with printing data to a carriage becomes "1" and an FIFO writing controller 82 taking in the printing data according to the delivering clock till the count value in a counter 81 becomes a continuous number of the printing data transmitted to the carriage and updating the printing data valid signal VALID to "0" when the count value in the counter 81 becomes the continuous number of the printing data are arranged in the carriage transferring the printing data transmitted to a printer head, the loaded printing data WDATA is accumulated in an FIFO 60 according to the updated printing data valid signal WVALID.
