<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device for improving a HARQ (hybrid automatic repeat request) function in a radio communication system. <P>SOLUTION: The method includes a step, in which a HARQ information IE (information element) and a MIMO (multi-input multi-output) parameter IE are incorporated into an RRC (radio resource control) message that assigns, replaces, or releases a physical channel corresponding to a UE (a user terminal), and a step for transmitting the RRC message to the UE. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
