FIELD: food industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology of manufacturing fish-and-vegetable canned food. The method includes cutting, blanching and mincing onions, freezing and mincing beers onion, mincing vendace fillet. The said components are mixed with the fish broth, sodium chloride and carbon dioxide extracts of the mustard, black bitter pepper and the bay leaf. The resultant mixture is packaged in aluminium tubes, vacuum-sealed and sterilised. ^ EFFECT: improved digestibility as compared to similar pre-cooked foods. |
