<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a natural language learning support device, method, and program with excellent retrieval efficiency capable of providing descriptions concerning syntactic structure. <P>SOLUTION: A dictionary stores a plurality of pieces of record information including at least a dictionary information body used when syntax analysis is performed to a natural language sentence and original description information associated with the dictionary information body. Then, the original description information concerning the dictionary information body used for the syntax analysis is at least stored when the syntax analysis is performed to an input sentence using the dictionary information body of the dictionary, output description information is created and output from the input sentence and the stored original description information. Dictionary retrieval only for taking out the description information becomes unnecessary.
