PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a receiving device capable of properly ensuring real time properties of a signal processing corresponding to increase of a sampling frequency.SOLUTION: A receiving device according to the embodiment, comprises: a first distribution part, a second distribution part, a third distribution part, a first multiplication part, a second multiplication part, a third multiplication part, a forth multiplication part, a first signal processing part, a second signal processing part, a third signal processing part, and a forth signal processing part. The first distribution part alternately outputs a sampling value to the second distribution part and the third distribution part. The first signal processing part performs a signal processing with the sampling value from the second distribution part. The second signal processing part performs the signal processing with the sampling value that is deviated by a predetermined signal to the sampling value used by the first signal processing part. The third signal processing part performs the signal processing with the sampling value from the third distribution part. The forth signal processing part performs the signal processing with the sampling value that is deviated by the predetermined signal to the sampling value used by the third signal processing part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
