PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner cleaning device cooling mechanism that can suppress an increase in temperature of a toner cleaning device, and an image forming apparatus.SOLUTION: A toner cleaning device cooling mechanism 1 comprises: a heat source; a toner cleaning device that removes a toner remaining on an image carrier; heat exhausting means 10 that exhausts an atmosphere warmed by heat generated from the heat source in the vicinity of the toner cleaning device; and heat exhaust air channels 11 and 12 that convey the atmosphere to the outside air. Airflows directed from both ends in the longitudinal direction of the toner cleaning device to the center part in the longitudinal direction are formed in the atmosphere in the vicinity of the toner cleaning device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
