a detector that detects a change in an acceleration of the communication terminal when movement of the communication terminal starts or stops, the movement of the communication terminal including an inclination of the communication terminal; and a first communication circuit that
receives location data indicating a location at which the at least one transmission device is located, andtransmits, to the at least one transmission device, the location data and identification information of the communication terminal, wherein when the detector detects a stop of the movement of the communication terminal, the first communication circuit is activated so as to start receiving the location data, and operation of the detector and the first communication circuit is stopped after the first communication circuit transmits the location data and the identification information.
