This invention relates to an ultra-rapid, ultra-efficient continuous-flow used oil re-refining system/assembly and process that preferably integrate therewith integrable branching ultra-rapid, ultra-efficient continuous-flow asphalt-making and/or spent clay reactivation systems/assemblies and/or processes. Its assembly or assemblies of heat exchanging devices, fluid flow devices, and combinations of continuous-flow reactors and separators (more preferably decanter centrifuge), are scaled or compacted to sufficiently smaller sizes appropriately suited for handling and facilitating continuously flowing processable used oil, acid sludge and/or spent clay at predetermined flow rates, converting them into high-quality re-refined oil, asphalt, and/or reactivated reusable clay, respectively, at substantially reduced (about an average of 93 pcnt reduction) overall/total production time). More preferably, the invention is fully integrated with all its systems/process aspects being collectively combined to embody a single integrated, continuous-flow, automated, and/or compacted used oil re-refining assembly unit, operating and producing its high quality product, i.e. re-refined oil, and byproducts, i.e. asphalt and reactivated clay, simultaneously under continuous-flow and vacuum state/condition in an ultra-rapid and ultra-efficient manner as reflected in its non-polluting "zero-waste" production line capacity. |
