PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a process improvable more practically and efficiently by automatically analizing a process element turning to the main cause of a process delay, grasping the process element attributable to this delay factor, and reflecting it to the scheduled setup. SOLUTION: A process schedule is set up by a schedule setting means 11, while the actual progress status of a process is recorded by an actual result recording means 12 as the actual result, and a process element turning to a delay factor in the process is judged on the basis of these set schedule and the recorded actual result, and thus the analyzed result is outputted to users through intelligible display or printing output by an output means 22. |
