PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer-film-coated resin substrate that includes a multilayer film having a uniform film thickness distribution and excellent adhesion to a resin substrate, and a method of producing the same.SOLUTION: A multilayer-film-coated resin substrate has a resin substrate 1, and a multilayer film 3 that coats the resin substrate 1.
