PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printed matter delivery device which can prevent a printed matter from being taken away from a printed matter placement part by a third party at the time of printed matter delivery, an image formation device and a printed matter delivery system.SOLUTION: A printed matter delivery device 200 which places on a printed matter placement part a printed matter discharged from an image formation device body or a printed matter discharged from a post-processing device performing post-processing on the printed matter on which an image is formed by the image formation device body, separates from the image formation device body or post-processing device, and delivers the printed matter by autonomously traveling to the destination, comprises opening amount change means 310 which changes the opening amount of an opening 280 connecting the printed matter placement part to the outside.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
