In the upper half of the oven are arranged channels on either side horizontally and parallel which act as runners for the boards on which the loaves stand. The boards can be moved backwards or forwards on these runners and at the end of each track is a section which can be moved up and down so that the loaves can be lowered to a delivery chute leading to storage racks. |
