PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method to continuously produce a 100nm thick layer with controlled thickness distribution within 45% or lower and having no defect such as a vertical wrinkling, turning backside, etc., on a thin flexible film substrate. SOLUTION: This method is to form layers on at least one side of a flexible substrate and produce a laminated body. At least one layer of the layers is formed by applying a coating liquid containing one or more metal alkoxides or one or more ultraviolet curable resins as main components and having 0.1-10wt.% of solid matter concentration and 0.1-200cP viscosity at the time of application by microgravure application method and drying and curing the coating liquid. |
